These Refund Policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of Click And Brush’s Website, located at https://clickandbrush.com/.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all Subscribers made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the services we provide i.e you did not get any work assignments from our end till you complete the subscription period,  for which you have connected with us on subscription basis, you can get your money back which does not include the Gst Charges paid. You are eligible for a refund within 14 calendar days of your end of subscription period.

After you access our services ,get work assignments and payments from our end or you did not follow the terms and conditions of our services, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the  service after their subscription and provide feedback according to their experience to ensure it fits your needs.

Refund Policy Terms

1.Click And Brush are providing you work commitment and a 100 % refund policy if we do not give any work assignment to the subscriber within the commitment period.

        a)The 100 % refund policy is applicable only after the completion of the subscription period.

        b)Refundable amount does not include the GST amount paid.

2.If you declined continuous 5 assigned work from your end without any valid reason in such case your subscription may be canceled and there will be no refund in that case.

3.Subscription or assignments can not be handover to another person. It need to be completed by the assigned person only

4.It’s compulsory to maintain Professional behavior at client places. If any negligence is found in that case you will be responsible for all damages and your Payment will be canceled.

       A)In Case Of Negligence Or Misbehavior Click And Brush have full authority to reassign the assignment to other subscriber  

5.In case of a pandemic situation like COVID 19 or other conditions (further happens in the upcoming years).
       a)your subscription period is kept on hold, after resuming the services by the government you can continue to get work from us for the next term.
       b) payments and refund policy terms also applicable after the subscription period completion which include the holding period of pandemic.
        c)once the pandemic is over and the government allows us to continue the regular work culture routine all the issues regarding the work assignments and payments will be solved on a priority basis
